This month we are showcasing the beautiful "Every Little Thing" Paper Pack! It wasn't my favorite at first, but it's grown on me! :) I wanted to pair it with something unexpected, so I used Sunflower Sympathy & Perk Up stamp sets!

  

The Featured colors in this pack are: Wisteria, Evergreen, Julep, Sapphire, Mint, Lemonade, Black, White Daisy. What can you see yourself making with this fun paper?  Remember, in addition to the papers, we have the coordinating cardstocks, scrapbooking & cardmaking kits plus embellishments!  There is always something for every budget and occasion. New Product Blog Hop - September 2019

Welcome to the September/October New Product Blog Hop!  

Wahoo!  New catalogue launch means BEAUTIFUL new papers, stamps, accessories and MORE!  The second I saw the Hawthorn Papers, I knew I needed to work with them!

I knew I wanted to create some fall home decor with this collection, so I set my heart on a wreath.  I used my Cricut to cut most of the leaves along with the new Hawthorn - Scrapbooking Stamp & Thin Cuts.  I loved the neutrals & plaid in this set!  I did mix in some of the regular cardstock too from the coordinating cardstock pack.

  

 

For the leaves, I did a bit of a rock & roll technique! Ink up your leaves in a lighter color, then roll the edges in a darker color!  Here I used the new Paprika Ink as my darker color, and both Nectarine & Saffron as my lighter shades.

 

A little close up of the construction process! I did wrap my wreath form in jute twine before I started.  That was probably the longest part of my process!!

 

Of course my handy dandy Cricut machine did most of the heavy cutting ;) I only used the Toffee cardstock for the wreath.

I used the brand new "Every Little Thing" paper packet and sticker sheet along with the August SOTM to create these cards. The first card has the new Julep Velvet ribbon as an accent and the second card uses the Gold Shimmer Trim. My ink color was the brand new Wisteria ink.
